Sales Director

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Director to identify and excite customers worldwide about the potential for Satya to improve their ability to manage risks relating to individuals. They will connect with new partners and drive revenue growth.
What Will You Do?
· Plan and execute account specific sales strategies, in line with the company’s growth strategy.
· Manage sales processes start-to-end, including direct customer engagements, relationship management, negotiations, and contract closures.· Build and manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline leading to bankable revenue.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner and customer organizations.

· Excel in demonstrating our value proposition, presenting and conducting demonstrations to different audiences – customers, partners, technical and political stakeholders.

· Stay up to date with industry and regional news to continually improve sales performance and contribute to the company’s growth.

What Are We Looking For?

· Proven experience of at least 4 years in revenue generating sales.

· Fluent in English, verbal and written

· Able to travel domestically and internationally

· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and solve problems.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers, including governments, at senior levels.
